Authentication

Authentication is how you enter Crewlap Back Office and protect your account.

Back-office users sign in with an email address and password. Registration and password reset also use a one-time PIN code sent to your email.

What You Can Do

How Back-Office Sign-In Works

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Enter your password.

  3. Choose Remember Me only on a trusted device.

  4. Click LOGIN.

After a successful login, Crewlap opens the page you were trying to reach or the default application page.

Keep Your Account Safe

  • Use your own email address.

  • Do not share your password or one-time PIN code with another person.

  • Use Remember Me only on a computer or browser that you trust.

  • Sign out when you finish work on a shared computer.

  • Crewlap allows only one active back-office browser session for your account. If another login closes your current session, see Session Closed Because of Another Login.

Session Expiry Warning

Crewlap may warn you shortly before your current session expires.

When the Session expiring dialog appears, it shows a countdown. Click Stay signed in if you are still working and want to keep the session active.

If the countdown reaches zero, Crewlap returns the browser to the login page. Unsaved changes may be lost, so save your work before leaving a page open for a long time.

If you have several tabs open in the same browser session, extending the session in one tab also keeps the shared browser session active.

If You Cannot Sign In

First, check the email address and password you entered.

If you forgot your password, use Password Reset. If your account is missing or not active, contact the person who manages Crewlap access in your organization.
