Access Denied

Crewlap shows Access denied when your account cannot open the page or action you requested.

This usually means that the page is outside your current permissions, or that you are working in the wrong active organization.

What To Check

  1. Check the active organization in the top bar.

  2. Switch to the organization where you expect to work, if another organization is available.

  3. Open the page again from the menu.

  4. If the page is still blocked, contact the person who manages Crewlap access in your organization.

Common Reasons

  • Your account does not have permission for this page.

  • Your account can access the page only in another organization.

  • The page is available only to administrators or managers.

  • A direct link points to a record that is not visible to your current organization.

What Administrators Should Check

Administrators should check the user's organization membership, groups, local permissions, and pool access. If the user has access to several organizations, confirm that the user selected the intended active organization before opening the page.
