System Pages
Crewlap may open a small system page when it cannot show the page you requested, when a link is outdated, or when the application needs to send you to the normal entry page.
These pages do not change application data. They help you return to a safe page or sign out.
Entry Page
The entry page opens the normal application list automatically.
You may briefly see a blank page while the browser is redirected. No action is usually needed.
Page Not Found
Crewlap shows Page Not Found when the address does not match an available back-office page.
Use Dashboard to return to the normal entry page. If you opened the page from a saved bookmark, open the page again from the Crewlap menu and update the bookmark.
If the same menu item always opens Page Not Found, contact your administrator and include the page address.
Stale Detail Links
If a saved detail link points to a pool, company, vessel group, vessel, or seafarer that no longer exists or is no longer accessible, Crewlap redirects you to a safe list page and shows a warning message. Open the record from the list or menu again and update the saved link if you still need it.
Unexpected Error
Crewlap shows an error page when the requested operation cannot be completed.
Use Dashboard to return to the application list. If you are signed in, you can also use Sign out and sign in again.
If the error repeats, contact your administrator. Include what page you were using, what action you clicked, and any filters or values that are important for reproducing the problem.
After Returning to Crewlap
Check whether the work you were doing was saved before the system page appeared. If a dialog or form was open and you had not clicked Save, enter the changes again.
