Shift Reports
Shift reports help planners review crew changes for a vessel and prepare printable operational output.
Open the vessel crewlist. The date control in the Crew List header shows Current for the live crewlist with current onboard crew and all active planning. Selecting today's date produces the same live result. Select a past date when the report must use the best-effort crewlist snapshot for that day; the date stays in the URL after refresh. The reset icon returns to Current, and future dates are normalized to Current.
In a dated snapshot, planning is included from its first dated proposal or initial event when the planned embarkation date is on or after the selected date. Onboard state and status use only events effective by that date. The actual disembarkation day is included; the crew member disappears on the next day.
Historical reports use the currently stored event dates and the latest saved planned dates and duration. Fields without a revision history cannot be reconstructed exactly as they were before a later edit.
Crew Change Report
On the crewlist table, select the assignments that should be included in the report. Selecting an onboard crew member adds that person to the signing-off section. Selecting an approved planned assignment adds that person to the joining section. The report content updates after the checkbox selection changes.
Open the Crew change report tab to review the generated text. The tab can be printed or saved as PDF from the browser.
If the report looks empty, check that at least one assignment is selected and that you are viewing the correct crewlist date.
Printable Reports
The crewlist print menu provides Crew list, Crew list + Planned, and Crew list + Planned with notes. The first report focuses on onboard crew. The Planned variants print onboard and planned assignments in the same position row; the notes variant also includes the latest planned-assignment note with its author and date.
Each report shows the effective crewlist date and, separately, the date when the report was generated. These reports follow the same access rights as Crew List: assignments whose applications cannot be read are omitted, while limited Application read redacts fields marked as PII in Application CV Attributes.
