Seafarer Technical Graph
The Seafarer Technical Graph gives administrators a metadata-only view of the objects connected to one seafarer. Use it when support or development needs to understand broken, missing, inactive, or unexpected relationships without exporting personal or business content.

Save or open the downloaded pretty-printed JSON file.
The file name includes the normalized LAP ID and the UTC generation timestamp.
If the LAP ID is invalid or no seafarer exists for it, the page shows an error and does not start a download.
What the File Contains
The graph contains stable technical keys, database IDs, public IDs, statuses, versions, meaningful dates, typed object groups, and explicit relations. It covers:
the application record and application-to-pool links;
recruitment proposals;
assignments, assignment history, and assigned position slots;
vessels, vessel groups, companies, positions, pools, organizations, and opaque user keys;
sea experience and its assignment or vessel links;
document type, subtype, auxiliary type, no-expiry flags, and expiration dates;
document attachments, uploaded CV and photo links, and file storage metadata;
identities, consents, consent history, memos, and reminders;
application audit events, including the operation, timestamp, actor, and impersonated user when applicable;
metadata-only records for diplomas, children, relatives, addresses, reference contacts, info sheets, and info categories.
Inactive, deleted, expired, and historical records are included because they are often important for debugging.
The relations section lists graph edges. The issues section reports unresolved references, such as a link to a missing object or an assignment key that cannot be resolved.
Audit events are included when their object type is application and their object key matches the seafarer's LAP ID. Audit data can show when the application was viewed or changed and by which technical user record. It does not provide row-level history for assignments or sea experience unless those actions were recorded as application audit events.
Data That Is Excluded
The export does not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, document numbers, comments, memo content, audit descriptions, salary data, decline reasons, vessel or company names, file names, or file content.
Permissions
You need the global Diagnostics | Read permission (GLOBAL_SEAFARER_TECHNICAL_GRAPH_READ) to see the menu item, open the page, and download a graph. This administrative permission is not granted automatically and cannot be granted at pool level.
