Application CV Attributes
Application CV attributes describe the fields and sections used in seafarer applications.
Administrators use this page to review the CV metadata tree and mark which attributes contain personal data.
Attribute Tree
The page shows CV attributes in a hierarchy. Each row represents one CV field or section.
The main columns are:
Label: the user-facing name of the field or section.
Attribute path: where the attribute sits in the CV structure.
Key: the technical attribute identifier.
Weight: the sorting value used inside the hierarchy.
Personal data: whether the attribute contains personal data.
Use the column filters to narrow the tree by label, path, key, or personal-data state.
Personal Data Flag
The Personal data flag tells Crewlap that the attribute should be treated as personal information.
To change it:
Open Administration.
Open Application CV Attributes.
Find the attribute in the tree.
Click the edit action.
Change Personal data.
Save the dialog.
Only the personal-data flag is editable here. The attribute key, path, label, description, and weight come from the application CV model.
When To Change It
Change this flag only when the CV model metadata is wrong or a newly introduced field needs to be classified. If you are unsure whether a field should be personal data, treat it as personal data until the responsible administrator confirms otherwise.
